Power of Intention

Rooted in both neuroscience and the unseen currents of connection, the Power of Intention invites you to explore how your lived experience can be shaped by individual and collective focus. During this hour, each participant will share something that they wish to shift and will then receive 5 minutes of intention directed towards their desire by the rest of the group.

An area of focus may be immediately obvious to you and then as you hear others speak, you may feel drawn to shift your focus. It’s important that you are specific in what you choose, and that you can concisely convey that to the group in 2 minutes or less.

Intentions should be constructed in simple language that’s easy to recall, as the group members (senders) will be asked to hold the words in their minds as they focus on the receiver. Some examples of intentions might be “I wish to walk without back pain” or “I want a more harmonious relationship with my mother”. Listen deeply to hear what’s going on in the body and mind, and this will help you in knowing where to focus your intention.

The circle is limited to 7 participants, facilitated by Nicole, to create a circle of 8.
